1. How do I create an account?

   You can create an account by clicking the 'Register' link in the upper right corner of this page.

2. Do I need to create an account to use QueueStatus?

   You do not need to create an account to sign-up for queues, although you will need to enter additional information on sign-up and you will not be able to modify your queue entry unless you are logged in. You will need to create an account to create a queue and to serve as a queue administrator.

1. How do I become an admin?

   You can become an admin by either creating a queue, or by being promoting to admin of an existing queue.

2. How do I access my profile?

   To access your profile, click your name in the right corner of this page. You are also directed to your home page every time you log in.

3. How do I sign up for a queue?

   To sign up for a queue, click the "Sign Up" button at the top of the queue and then fill out the menu that appears.

4. How do I remove myself from the queue?

   If you are logged in you can remove yourself from the queue by clicking the “x” shown in the bottom right corner of your queue entry.

5. How do I view estimated wait times?

   After you sign up for the queue, your estimated wait time will be displayed in your queue entry.

1. How do I create a queue?

   To create a queue, cick the "Create Queue" button in the upper right corner of QueueStatus banner.

2. How can I open/close my queue?

   Navigate to your queue's homepage and click the 'Manage' link in the queue header. At the page there is a button indicating if the present state of the queue (red = closed, green = open). Click the button to toggle the queue's state.

3. How do I serve users on the queue?

   When logged in as an admin, you will see a button on each queue entry. When you first begin to help someone, click the "Click to Start" button on their queue entry. Then when you finish service, click the "Click to Complete" button on the same queue entry. [NOTE: accurately pressing these buttons will ensure that the QueueStatus system supplies more accurate wait times and provides a better real time picture of the queue to your customers.]

4. How do I remove users from the queue?

   Click the ‘x’ icon in the lower right corner of a queue entry, and the respective entry will be deleted from the queue. You can also remove all queue entries from the queue by navigating to the 'Manage' tab, and then clicking the "Configurations" link, and then clicking "Clear Queue".

5. How do I view estimated wait times?

   The estimated wait time of each queue entry on the entry.

6. How can I view queue usage statistics?

   To view statistics for a given queue, navigate to the queue's homepage, and then the 'Statistics' link in the queue header.

7. How do I use Groups?

   QueueStatus allows queue admins to group people with similar questions and serve them all at once. To do so, click the "Groups" link in your queue's header. The following page will then show you all waiting queue entries with the same sign-up selections grouped together.

8. How do I become an admin for a queue?

   When you create a queue, you are automatically an admin of the queue you created. As an admin, you can then add additional admins by navigating to 'Manage' tab of your queue's homepage, and then clicking the "Admins" link.

9. How do I delete a queue?

   To delete a queue, navigate to the queue's 'Manage' tab, then to the 'Configurations' subtab, and click "Delete Queue". Note, only the queue's creator can delete the queue.
